Leadership Coaching

How does leadership coaching work?

We make each coaching relationship unique to your needs. When we coach you on leadership, you get the opportunity to bring each challenge that you have to discuss with your coach. Together you will work out a plan of action for each scenario that is customized to your ability and knowledge. 

If you need some extra information, your coach will fill in the gaps you have so you know exactly what needs to be done. If you’re missing some fundamental principles, your coach can give you one of our training modules on the topic you wish to learn.

Doing it this way gives you the opportunity to see the result from your efforts in real time.

Can I do both leadership training and coaching at the same time?

Absolutely! In fact, we would prefer that you do. If you are new to leadership training, you will benefit greatly from going though our course material with your coach and then spending a week or two actively using your learning in your day-to-day life. The real application of the concepts followed by a debrief with your coach will allow you to:

  • Learn about yourself as a leader, how you influence, and what blind spots you need to watch out for.
  • Fine-tune your leadership posture until you are showing up as strong as you would like.
  • Implement the core laws of leadership several times if necessary until you’re doing it effectively.
  • Catch any misunderstanding that you may have during implementing before it causes you real problems.

Core Leadership Concepts 

Every leader needs a solid foundation to build their leadership on. Often, new leaders are unaware of when they are breaking the rules and they pay for those mistakes. 

In this section you’ll learn the different leadership styles and which one(s) you default too. Then you’ll learn the rule of “Effect & Cause” and how it relates to the Core Leadership Laws. This learning will help you identify and solve leadership challenges quickly and easily.

Your Personal Leadership
